Our Australia + New Zealand trip is in 30 days!!!! I am so excited and I really want to kick my butt into gear this final month with my diet, nutrition,and workouts. So for 30 days I am going to be pretty strict with what I eat, and making sure I am fueling my body properly because I’m going to be killing it in the gym! I am going to give up added sugar, bread, pasta, refined starches, dairy, and will try to have minimal alcohol.. (Bc you know I’m gonna need a glass of wine here + there hehe)
Here is an idea of what my daily diet will look like each day:
ALSO – drink 80oz of water a day!
In addition to the clean diet, I plan to workout 6 days a week (Mon-Sat). I’ve been hitting the gym hard already for about 3 weeks now, so just need to keep it up! I go into the gym each day already with a plan of exactly what I’m going to workout that day. I plan to push myself harder than normal and really try to get some results in these 30 days! My goals are to tone up my legs + have my abs pop with the help of the clean diet. I’ve always had generally toned arms, so I won’t focus on them as much as the other area, but I also do a lot of full-body moves, so they will benefit some. I’ll do a post in a couple weeks with more in depth what workouts I do and where I find them. And I also will do a post with a lot of the recipes of the healthy meals I’ll be eating! I also plan to do a post at the end, recapping my results and how it went (esp with the diet!) I think the food will be much more challenging for me than the working out. But I’m determined!
